Protocol Guidelines
This is not a personality test. It is a forensic audit of your leadership under pressure. To ensure data integrity, you must adhere to two rules:
1. Audit the Reality, not the Dream.
Caution: The Aspiring Self
Be careful of answering as the leader you want to be (your "Ideal Self"), rather than the leader you are when the crisis hits on Friday night.
We need your Default Settings. If you provide "Ideal" inputs, we cannot fix the Actual constraints. Be ruthlessly honest.
2. Bypass the Internal Editor.
Your first instinct is your raw data. Your second thought is your "Internal Editor" trying to sanitize the truth to look safer.
Move fast. If you hesitate, you are likely manipulating the data.
